January Highly Recommended Reading

Every month I will be posting a list of articles relevant to the longevity of health, fitness, training, and nutrition. There are so many things I want to read but can’t keep up with so I’ll share the ones I have read with you. My MacBook, iPad, and iPhone will collectively have about 25 to 30 tabs open between all three devices at any given time because I find an interesting study or article but won’t have the time to read it! Again, if you’re into health and fitness you should definitely give these a read to expand your knowledge especially as some are currently popular topics in the industry. I guarantee you’ll learn something new!
